This statement was made by Deputy Corps Commander of the DPR Ministry of Defense Eduard Basurin, quoted by the Donetsk News Agency.
“You were shown captured work cards of the commanders of Ukrainian units. All documents are worthy of attention to one degree or another, but one of them is especially worthy. This is a work card of the commander of the 1st battalion of the 95th separate airmobile brigade, dated early July last year,” Basurin noted.
According to him, the most notable thing on the map is the starting positions of the Buk medium-range anti-aircraft missile systems.
Let us recall that on July 17, 2014, a Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 was shot down near Torez, Donetsk region, killing all passengers and crew (298 people in total). There is still no clear and unambiguous answer to who shot down the plane. All the examinations carried out give conflicting reports.
