According to him, clarification of technical issues can be carried out via video conference.
In turn, the head of the proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic, Igor Plotnitsky, told Russian journalists that the next round of negotiations in Minsk of the Russia-Ukraine-OSCE trilateral contact group is being prepared, but the exact date for their start has not yet been set.
“The next round of negotiations is being prepared, the date has not yet been set, because there are many issues that we have not fully discussed, the parties did not bear legal responsibility for this,” Plotnitsky said.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that the next consultations of the contact group on resolving the situation in Donbass could take place next week. Subject to a ceasefire, they could take place in Donetsk, he suggested.
