The DPR noted a change in Moscow’s rhetoric towards Ukraine
Any attempt by the Ukrainian government to unleash aggression against the Donbass republics will end in military and political disaster for it.
Former soldier of the DPR army Svyatoslav Gubin (call sign “Jacques”) told PolitNavigator about this.
He noted that by killing the leader of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, the enemies failed to break the fighting spirit of the defenders of the republic.
“All combat units are in a heightened state of combat readiness, and we will be able to repel aggression at any time,” Gubin emphasized.
The agency’s interlocutor also recalled how the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ previous offensives ended.
“As for Ukraine’s readiness for an attack, we can recall the Russian presidential elections, the football championship, and many other dates of attack. Ukraine is not a subject of international relations; it is just a mongrel on a short leash for its masters. If they give such an order, then we all know perfectly well how it will end. We all remember the Ilovaisky cauldron, and the Southern cauldron, and the Debaltsevo cauldron. Ukrainians also remember this and understand everything perfectly. But their owners are not interested in how many similar Russian soldiers, only on the other side, will die while carrying out their tasks. Ukrainians are the same Russians, only our brothers are a little sick,” the serviceman believes.
He also drew attention to the changed rhetoric of Russian politicians after the murder of Alexander Zakharchenko, and expressed confidence that any attack by Ukraine will be harshly suppressed.

“Yes, there is a possibility that they will be given such an order. But we must look at the reaction of our northern neighbor. We all saw the harsh reaction of the entire political establishment of the Russian Federation after the death of Alexander Vladimirovich. You know, the rhetoric has changed dramatically. And in the words of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and in the words of the President, and in the words of other politicians, Ukraine was sent a clear signal that no attack would end well for them. Any attack will be suppressed very harshly and will end for Ukraine in a position completely different from where it is now,” Gubin concluded.
