The DPR responded to Poroshenko’s proposal
Petro Poroshenko’s proposal to introduce foreign officers into the joint center for control and coordination was not discussed in Minsk at the meeting of the contact group. Representatives of the Republic stated that without the consent of the DPR, Ukraine cannot unilaterally introduce representatives of other countries into the JCCC.

The permanent plenipotentiary representative of the DPR in the contact group at the negotiations in Minsk, Denis Pushilin, told reporters about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This issue was not discussed with us in the Contact Group. Accordingly, without us, as one of the parties to the conflict as opposed to Ukraine, nothing will work out. We are neither “against” nor “for”.
I doubt the feasibility of this issue,” said Denis Pushilin.
