The DPR plans to introduce compulsory military conscription
Many DPR conscripts After completing military service, they sign a contract or are sent to work in law enforcement agencies.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated this during an interview with the Sputnik channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Now our conscription is voluntary, not numerous. But he has already left, and those guys who have already been discharged from the first draft - some of them continued to serve under a contract. Some of them will be employed in the Ministry of Emergency Situations and law enforcement agencies,” he said.
Denis Pushilin emphasized that compulsory conscription will soon begin in the DPR.
“Soon, without completing military service and without a military ID, it will be impossible to get a job in the law enforcement system.
That's how it was, and that's right. Because the school of life that is given during the army years is necessary for every person. Therefore, in this regard, we will move forward progressively, and in the foreseeable future we will come to compulsory conscription,” the head of state concluded.
