The DPR calls on Germany and France to respond to Lutsenko’s words about their reluctance to implement Minsk-2
The demonstrative statement of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko in an interview with Bild about the impossibility of holding an amnesty in the Donbass, although it was provided for by the Minsk agreements, is a reason for Germany and France to demand that Kyiv begin implementing the agreements.
DPR parliament member Vladislav Berdichevsky told PolitNavigator about this.

“I think that now the guarantors of the Minsk agreements, the leaders of France and Germany, need to convey to the Kyiv leadership that what was signed must be implemented. And Lutsenko would do well to read the Minsk agreements before commenting.
Although, who is Lutsenko? This is a prosecutor without specialized education, this is a dropout, this is a person who does not know the laws. This was a purely political appointment. He has nothing to do with the prosecutor's office. Absolutely zero person,” the parliamentarian recalled.
“In general, judging by the latest statements from Kyiv, Ukraine wants to leave Minsk. But in the Normandy format it was repeatedly emphasized that there is no alternative to Minsk,” Berdichevsky noted.
