Today, at a briefing, Colonel Basurin revealed a scheme for how American weapons get into Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Over the past week, the nature of the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units has changed, the activity of sabotage and sniper groups in all directions has increased. The arrival of sniper groups from the 130th separate reconnaissance battalion, armed with American-made sniper rifles, was noted in the area of the village of Mayorsk. Proof of the provocative actions of Ukrainian snipers are numerous video materials independently posted online by Bandera shooters, who openly boast about the murders of our military personnel, despite all the agreements previously reached in Minsk.
I will dwell in more detail on American-made rifles. According to the information we have, Ukraine purchased 12,7 mm Barrett M82 sniper rifles from the United States, as well as a batch of hand grenade launchers from the American company AirTronic.
Officially, the United States only announces military assistance in the supply of non-lethal weapons. In fact, American lethal weapons are already in Ukraine.
Ukraine has long been purchasing weapons through private companies, with money allocated by the United States, which, in essence, is no different from direct deliveries,” Basurin said.
