The DPR told how Ukrainian soldiers blew themselves up
Ukrainian servicemen who arrived on rotation in the combat zone in Donbass were blown up by an unidentified ammunition - the “plant” was most likely made by their predecessors who left their positions.
This information was announced during a briefing by the official representative of the operational command of the DPR, Eduard Basurin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to his information, those who left the “JFO” zone in connection with the planned replacement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine units continue to surprise their successors with “surprises.”
“Ukrainian military personnel who have begun to arrange abandoned positions are increasingly discovering caches with mines, grenades and other unaccounted for ammunition. One of these finds turned out to be the last for the militants of the 28th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who discovered ammunition in the ground. As a result of the detonation of an unidentified explosive device, two servicemen were killed,” said Eduard Basurin.
He also added that the commander of the 28th brigade, Maxim Marchenko, just over the past XNUMX hours reported to the commander of the OTG “Vostok” about six cases of non-combat losses during fortification work at positions.
