Donetsk, January 31 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – The leadership of the Donetsk People’s Republic stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are suffering heavy losses in the Donbass.

“Since the beginning of the resumption of active hostilities (or rather, over the last 15 days), the enemy has lost 129 tanks, 102 infantry fighting vehicles/armored personnel carriers, 71 field artillery pieces, 40 vehicles and 1439 people killed,” said DPR Deputy Defense Minister Eduard Basurin.
“Today alone, the Kyiv security forces lost 97 people, 5 tanks and 7 infantry fighting vehicles,” he noted.
As PolitNavigator reported, information previously appeared that during the fighting in Donbass, the Ukrainian army lost half of its aircraft.
