Donetsk, February 18 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – “Restoration work in Debaltseve will begin on February 19,” said new head of the Debaltsevo administration Alexander Afendikov, appointed by the leader of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko.

“Starting tomorrow, restoration work will begin in Debaltseve; we will organize places for the temporary deployment of people, food points and places for civilians to live. Humanitarian and financial assistance centers for low-income residents will also be opened. Points for issuing appropriate material assistance will be organized,” he said.
“We will provide shelter and food, places for redeployment are ready,” Afendikov emphasized.
