This was stated by Vice Speaker of the People's Council of the DPR Denis Pushilin.
“There is a headquarters in Debaltsevo, where our military, in consultations with Ukrainian generals with mediators, including the OSCE, discuss their range of issues. Among them are issues regarding the demarcation line and the withdrawal of heavy equipment. We are looking for opportunities to implement previously reached agreements within the framework of the Minsk Memorandum,” Pushilin said.
He also noted that the DPR will not hold local government elections in December; most likely, they will be held in January-February.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the LPR announced similar negotiations, but this information was not confirmed in Kyiv.
