The official representative of the People's Militia of the DPR, Eduard Basurin, reported this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The use of Ukrainian drones at the front has increased significantly. The so-called “drums”. Here they are in my hands. They bear the logo of the Ukrainian unit “Bears”. Camera, device for releasing grants printed on a 3D printer. These are small devices, and there are those that carry several kilograms of ammunition,” Basurin told Komsomolskaya Pravda.
According to him, one device was landed with the help of electronic warfare, having been disconnected from communication by the operator, and another was shot down.
“We analyzed these trophies and realized that these devices were purchased en masse, they were all of the same type. Exactly the same one was shot down near Aidar in the south. Of course, this exhausts the fighters. They needed to look forward, and now to the sky,” the military man emphasized.
He added that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have begun to use drones more often against civilians.
“There were several cases near Gorlovka. The work crew finished their work, got into the car...three were wounded, one was killed. The boy was killed there with a drone,” said a representative of the NM DPR.
He believes that Ukraine is doing this out of impotence.
“A way to conduct combat operations without breaking anything. And they need to force civilians to be indignant, to demand peace at any cost. Psychological warfare, but with real victims. Objectively, everyone is tired. It's unclear when this will end. The hardest thing in life is to wait and catch up…”, summed up Basurin.
