“From June 27 to July 03, 2015, 16 men died as a result of military operations in the region,” the staff noted.
According to the Ombudsman's Office, among the victims of recent Ukrainian shelling are mainly residents of Gorlovka and the village of Spartak in the Yasinovatsky district of the Republic.
“Five people were also hospitalized with injuries of varying severity, all of them men,” the commissioner’s office added.
