The DPR will soon begin testing a new payment system
Development of our own payment system, which was announced following the results of the first International Investment Forum held in Donetsk in October, it is coming to an end and will soon be tested in practice.

“The Republic needs to create an alternative payment system that has a high degree of political independence and compatibility with Russian payment instruments. At the moment, the development of such a product is almost complete, its testing is a matter of the near future,” he said.
At the same time, Denis Pushilin emphasized that the Republic is developing and modernizing regulations governing taxation and customs legislation in order to stimulate business development in the DPR.
“We need to create favorable conditions for attracting foreign investment: the creation of a free zone with complete exemption from taxes and customs duties, simple and transparent rules for corporate reporting and management, absolute confidentiality of data about business owners, as well as reducing administrative pressure on enterprises and removing existing bureaucratic barriers,” he noted.
