Foreign Minister Natalya Nikonorova has been appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of the DPR at the Tripartite Contact Group negotiations in Minsk.

The corresponding decree No. 9 of September 11, 2018 “On the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Donetsk People’s Republic at the negotiations of the Tripartite Contact Group in Minsk” was signed by the acting head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.

“In accordance with this Decree, Natalya Nikonorova has been appointed as the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Donetsk People’s Republic at the negotiations of the Tripartite Contact Group in Minsk,” the message says.
