About it Donetsk News Agency reports, quoting the head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko.
“Residents of the Republic were left homeless during active hostilities and lost their jobs. They cannot fulfill their obligations under loan agreements to Ukrainian banks. However, collectors from Dnepropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kharkov continue to come to the DPR and extort the last of their money from people,” he told reporters.
“This is not correct,” Zakharchenko continued. “Therefore, in the DPR, until martial law is lifted, collection activities will be prohibited.”
