“The DPR authorities will hand them over to their families and, if necessary, provide medical assistance. Some of the prisoners are in a semi-frozen state; some claim that they have not eaten for more than three days. “We cannot now name the exact number of prisoners, as well as their names, surnames and units in which they served, in the interests of their own safety,” states Basurin.
“According to our intelligence data, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine declares those who surrendered as “traitors to the motherland” with corresponding legal consequences,” he said.
