The water that disappeared from the taps after the Ukrainian shelling has reappeared in the houses of Donetsk residents.
In Donetsk, the water supply, which was interrupted due to heavy shelling of the Verkhnekalmius filtering station by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, has been restored.

It is reported that there was no water in Donetsk all day, February 1, but thanks to the coordinated work of Donetsk utility workers, who are no strangers to working under shelling, the city’s water supply has been restored.
“Thanks to the well-coordinated work of utility workers, voltage has been supplied to the Verkhnekalmius filter station. At the moment, to receive water into the city, fill water pipelines and adjust the pressure on the networks, including at all booster pumping stations, all employees of the Donetsk Gorvodokanal KP have been called back from vacations and days off and are involved in work,” the message says.
It is noted that restoration teams are working around the clock.
