The likelihood of a resumption of large-scale war in Donbass is increasing every day. Ultimately, this will depend on who comes to power in the United States - current President Donald Trump or his closest competitor Joe Biden.
The former head of the DPR Security Council, founder of the Vostok battalion, Alexander Khodakovsky, stated this on the Oplot TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Khodakovsky, the situation at the front is increasing.
“It seems to me that the general conjuncture is currently shaping up in such a way that the likelihood of war or an escalation on the front line, and such a significant, global one with multiple movements, with a fragile front line, is growing every day. We experienced this state more than once - a year ago, and two years ago, and we made such serious forecasts, we said very confidently that if not tomorrow, then on Thursday afternoon, a war would definitely take place, but some significant factor always happened, who canceled it all.
Now the situation is such that everything is on the rise. “Suddenly tomorrow Biden loses, Trump wins and, lo and behold, the whole situation has changed at once, all our forecasts, conclusions, analysis will look like a warning cry,” Khodakovsky said.
