According to him, in addition to the explosions of Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel on their own mines, casualties began to appear among the civilian population.

“At the moment, the most dangerous situation due to the lack of minefield maps has developed in the area of ​​responsibility of the 54th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, where a tractor was blown up by a mine. As a result of the explosion, two residents of the village of Popasnaya were seriously injured,” said Ivan Filiponenko.
