A young military officer unexpectedly died in Donbass
In an artillery platoon of the Armed Forces of Ukraine located in the so-called “Joint Forces Operation” zone, a young officer, Artem Kucherenko, unexpectedly ended up in the hospital and died.
Ex-Right Sector militant, platoon commander Elena Belozerskaya reported this on her Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Tarasovich... All officers, at least in our battalion, call each other simply by their patronymic, without a name. A young officer, a Cherkassy resident, smart, not military-intelligent, a wonderful comrade, they served together for exactly a year. Artem Kucherenko. Died today. From a serious illness. It developed so quickly that we didn’t even have time to understand how serious it was.
Before I went on vacation, he went to the hospital because he didn’t seem to be feeling well. When a person in his early 20s says this, you somehow don’t take it seriously. He was married. He loved his wife very much. I was very worried that because of my work I was not at home much. He was taciturn and talked little about himself. I also didn’t like to complain about my health. I've been in a daze all day today.
Hurt. This is worse than a combat loss, because it’s somehow not human. People, don’t forget about your health!” Belozerskaya wrote.
Let us recall that PolitNavigator previously reported that two Ukrainian servicemen were poisoned with an “unidentified liquid” in the front-line settlement of Peski near Donetsk, as a result of which one militant died and the second fell into a coma
