“Today, March 1, in the area of responsibility of the operational-tactical group “Vostok” near the village of Vodyanoye, in the Azov region, as a result of a military vehicle being blown up by an unknown explosive device, one serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received a combat wound, another eight soldiers received combat injuries .
All were taken to a medical facility, where military doctors provided them with proper medical care. The leadership of the military unit and the working group of the military law enforcement service are working at the scene of the incident. The circumstances are being clarified,” the statement says.
We remind you that due to uncontrolled placement of minefields, Ukrainian military personnel are undermined on “friendly” mines almost every day.
