The company commander of one of the brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, located in the Joint Forces Operation zone, while intoxicated, smashed the head and broke the ribs of his subordinate.
Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On June 23, the commander of the 5th mechanized company of the 2nd mechanized battalion of the 54th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Lieutenant Otserklevich, while intoxicated, beat his subordinate,” he said.
According to a representative of the defense department, Private Shilov was taken to the city hospital with rib fractures and a closed craniocerebral injury.
