The publication also draws attention to the arrest by the Kyiv regime of the mayor of Ukrainian-controlled Dzerzhinsk, Vladimir Sleptsov, for “participation in a terrorist group.” He is accused of holding a session of the City Council on April 15, 2014, where, in the presence of representatives of the structures of the newly created DPR, a decision was made to hold a referendum in the city on May 11.
