Foreign guests are expected to arrive in Donetsk
In the capital of the DPR, under the patronage of the head of the Republic Denis Pushilin, the international festival of mixed martial arts MMA “United Donbass-2” will be held, in which 18 fighters from five countries of the world will take part.

All nine planned fights will take place tomorrow, September 27, at the Olimpiysky regional sports complex, where fighters from the Russian Federation, DPR, LPR, Brazil and Kyrgyzstan will take part.
The participants in the two main fights will be the Russian fighter, European and world champion Vladimir Mineev, the Brazilian athlete Diego Diaz, the Donetsk ProFC welterweight champion Maxim Shvets and a graduate of the Iranian MMA school Ali Mahro Bakhtiari.
Russian rapper Rem Digga and Russian pop stars will also perform for the audience.
“This is not the first time such a festival has taken place in Donetsk. We will show nine fights in total. Our participants are not only our representatives, athletes from the DPR, but also athletes from the Lugansk People's Republic, the Russian Federation, Iran, Brazil and Kyrgyzstan. As part of the event, an interesting cultural and entertainment program is planned, the participation of Russian pop artists, and a prize draw,” Nikolai Tarapat, Deputy Minister of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the DPR, said during a press conference.
