“In general, I suggest that Kolomoisky make Kolomoisky’s Dnepropetrovsk Republic - the DRC. It will be fair. Why not? There is a DPR. The DRC is a good republic. Kolomoisky is the de facto owner of this territory, he is the real power, and Kyiv has to negotiate with him,” Zakharchenko said.
