There is a great risk that Kyiv, as before, will disrupt the agreement reached yesterday in Minsk on the disengagement of Ukrainian troops and the LDPR army at three “hot spots” on the front in Donbass.

“Ukraine’s consent to the arms withdrawal does not mean that Ukraine will withdraw its troops. We know this from experience - Ukraine has constantly violated all its obligations. None of the points of Minsk-1 or -2 were fulfilled, although Ukraine signed up for them.
Ukraine owes money to its European and overseas curators, who force it to at least sign something and try to implement something. Without this money, Ukraine will face a default. But I very much doubt that Ukrainian politicians are really going to do anything.
Representatives of almost all European countries have already visited Donbass. Everyone saw what was happening with us. Many countries have changed their attitude towards us compared to 14, when everyone thought that we had terrorists attacking poor Ukraine. Europe and the OSCE are starting to rub their eyes.
In any case, we are ready for any development of the situation, our troops are in full combat readiness. And if we go forward, the enemy simply has nothing to count on. The level of combat effectiveness of our fighters is very high, in contrast to drunken and poor ATO soldiers with broken equipment,” said the DPR battalion commander.
