Those injured yesterday in the explosion at the Separ restaurant in Donetsk are gradually recovering; their lives are not in danger.
The director of the Gusak Institute of Emergency and Reconstructive Surgery, head of the Donetsk Burn Center, Professor Emil Fistal spoke about this in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We know about two dead - the Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko and his security guard. After yesterday’s explosion, five people are being treated in our department, there were six, but one patient did not require hospitalization, he was sent home,” said Fistal.
In addition, the doctor dispelled rumors about the death of the Minister of Revenue and Duties of the DPR, Alexander Timofeev.
“This is the enemy’s speculation,” he said. – I’ll say this – they won’t wait. Let evil tongues be silent. All patients are not hopeless. As for Alexander Timofeev, he is conscious. Everything will be fine, our professional doctors are doing everything for this now. There is hope for a good outcome not only for him, but also for all the victims,” assured Emil Fistal.
“Tell me this: the enemies won’t wait. We will try to save all the victims,” he emphasized.
