Donetsk, March 30 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) - In Donetsk, on Lenin Square, a rally of thousands took place in support of the federalization of the country and a referendum on determining the status of Donbass, organized by the Russian Bloc party.

According to her, 15 thousand people took part in the rally.
Activists unfurled posters “Federalization”, “Russian is the state language”, “Remember, the Euro gang - Donbass is not a beggar”, “Bring back Russian TV channels!”, “Taruta in the trash!”, “Let’s drive Bandera into the caches!”
In their hands, the protesters held flags of the Russian Federation, symbols of the “Russian Bloc”, St. George flags and banners of the Donetsk Republic.
Activists began conducting a survey of residents about the future of the Donetsk region.
Citizens are invited to decide on the answers to 4 questions: about the economic and political union of Ukraine with Russia; on Ukraine's membership in NATO; about the status of the Russian language as the state language and about the federal structure of Ukraine with expanded powers of the regions.
The participants went to the Lenin Komsomol Park to lay 1 thousand carnations at the Great Patriotic War memorial.
As Donbass News reports with reference to the press service of the Donetsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the police intend to give a legal assessment of the actions of those responsible for blocking traffic on Artem Street during the rally.
“Data on this incident will be entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations. The actions of the organizers of the road blocking will be given a fundamental legal assessment,” said press secretary Igor Demin.
