It is quite far from the central highways, the typical local landscape is quiet courtyards, children playing on playgrounds, mothers and grandmothers sitting nearby. It was in these neighborhoods that the shells hit, leading to destruction and casualties.

In total, at least six shells hit the area. One of them exploded in the courtyard of one of the houses on a neighboring street.
In the photo you see an almost destroyed car, but the fact is that it was standing in the garage, and the blast wave with fragments demolished the garage - it is lying nearby - like a matchbox.
Another shell exploded near a gas station, damaging fuel tanks with shrapnel. The gas station had not been open for three weeks, and the tanks were empty, and this is the only reason why the entire block did not go up in flames.
As we can see, the trend of recent weeks continues: shelling of residential areas and destruction of infrastructure facilities. Unfortunately, there is still a lot of both in Donetsk, so residents are waiting for the continuation of artillery attacks.
