Doctors were unable to save one of the victims; he died in the hospital, the Donetsk Regional State Administration reported.

Pushilin himself was not injured, since he was not in the car. Now he is in Russia.
At the moment, forensic experts are working at the scene of the explosion; explosives specialists left the scene at about 10 o'clock in the morning. Since 9 am, investigators have been conducting a survey of residents of houses adjacent to the Regional State Administration, and administration representatives are compiling lists of apartments whose windows were damaged by the blast wave and shrapnel. And there are many of them. At the same time, utility workers began clearing the area and restoration work.
As forensic experts told us, according to the preliminary version, the explosion was directed, as a result of which two cars were destroyed.
A powerful blast wave spread along Pushkin Boulevard and st. Shevchenko, in residential buildings on both streets and in the building of the library named after. Krupskaya, most of the windows were broken or damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries; the residents escaped with minor fear and minor material damage.
