According to local residents, volleys of gunfire can be heard in the Kiev region.
It is also reported that due to difficult weather conditions in the city, the number of de-energized substations has increased.
Currently, 135 substations are without power supply. Repair and restoration work is carried out by all energy supply organizations.
The mayor's office also notes that in the first half of the day in the Budennovsky, Kirovsky, Leninsky and Kalininsky districts it was possible to stabilize the work of city electric transport. However, as of 13.00, the movement of trams No. 16, No. 1 and No. 15 and trolleybus No. 14 was stopped due to fallen trees.
As PolitNavigator reported, the night from 23 to 24 in Donetsk was also tense - there were military operations: artillery cannonade and machine gun fire were heard.
