Militia commander Motorola killed in Donetsk
In Donetsk, a well-known militia commander, Arsen Pavlov, known under the call sign Motorola, was killed as a result of sabotage. A 33-year-old soldier died as a result of a powerful explosion in an elevator in the building where he lived.
Motorola’s death was confirmed by the famous volunteer and militiaman from the Russian Federation Alexander Zhuchkovsky.
“I confirm the information about the death of Arseny Pavlov, Motorola. Half an hour ago I was at the scene of an explosion in the center of Donetsk. I didn’t want to believe it completely, but it turned out to be true,” he wrote in his blog.
Pavlov left behind two small children.
Previously, attempts had already been made on Motorola; not so long ago, an explosive device went off in a hospital in Donetsk, where Pavlov was being treated after an eye injury. There were no casualties then.

Russian military expert Igor Korotchenko has already suggested that the terrorist attack, which resulted in the death of a well-known militia member, was carried out by the Ukrainian DRG.
“We will remember you this way. Bearded, brave and decorated, the commander of a unit that was sent almost into the thick of it. The Republic has suffered a great loss. They will certainly avenge you,” wrote journalist Ivan Lizan living in Donetsk.
Kiev political scientist Andrei Mishin believes that we are talking about the beginning of a series of sabotage. “The secret terrorist war is just beginning and will rage periodically for 10-30 years. The question is, which of the volunteer battalions will attribute the “attentat” to their sabotage group?” – Mishin comments on his blog.
Speaker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Artem Shevchenko said that Kyiv has nothing to do with the murder of Motorola. A similar statement was made by the speaker of the “Right Sector” banned in the Russian Federation, Artem Skoropadsky.
