Believers who come here find words of consolation, spiritual guidance, and very specific help, which many need due to the difficult humanitarian situation.
Here, in the refectory after the liturgy, every day they feed children from low-income families, elderly people who are having a very hard time today, and simply the homeless. After all, in Donetsk, hundreds of houses have been destroyed or seriously damaged by artillery shelling, and many that have survived have no electricity or gas.
“Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy,” - with these words of gratitude the parishioners of the church addressed the deputies of the parliament of Novorossiya Alla Muravkova, Vitaly Zolotnyuk and other volunteers who brought bread, cereals, and vegetables for the refectory today.
“May the Lord bless you for a good deed and grant you many good years. “Through you, the Lord is doing good deeds today,” said the priest of the Church of All Saints. – To those many who need help in this difficult time, some help with their work, and some with a piece of bread. The Lord teaches us that the more we give, the more our good deeds will multiply.”
