Donetsk is shocked by the terrorist shelling of Dokuchaevsk by Ukrainian troops
January 22 at approximately 17:30 – 18:00 Ukrainian armed forces opened fire on one of the microdistricts of the city of Dokuchaevsk, 30 km from Donetsk. The details of the shelling were told to a PolitNavigator correspondent by Eduard Basurin, deputy commander of the operational command of the DPR.

P.N.: Eduard Alexandrovich, tell us about what happened.
E.B.: Based on the situation that occurred yesterday, there are currently five known victims with shrapnel wounds. We also have six or more addresses with hits.
P.N.: What was the nature of the damage, what was the fire coming from?
E.B.: You yourself saw that somewhere there was a hit in an apartment, somewhere, by a happy accident, the shells hit not the apartment itself, but the wall. According to the situation: yesterday - one dead, one wounded Elenovka, today there are five wounded. This all comes from the positions of the 93rd Brigade. Now we are finding out whether they acted on their own initiative or there was a command from above. When they fire from an infantry fighting vehicle, they hit with a “canopy”, that is, the explosive shell exploded where it landed. Perhaps this is untargeted shooting at specific houses, but this is a hit in the residential sector, there are people, children. And we consider this a terrorist method of warfare.
