Kyiv, May 31 (Navigator, Mikhail Shalyapin) – Today the Donetsk Regional State Administration is practically freed from barricades. Sandbags and tire cordons have been removed from the area.

The decision to clear it was dictated by several reasons. Firstly, since there is no need to continue to preserve the appearance of the building as an “impregnable fortress”, this is meaningless from the point of view of military expediency.
Secondly, among the activists, unfortunately, there were many superfluous people who perverted the very idea of the existence of the DPR with their behavior, including increased cases of crime and looting.
Now the decision has been made to return the Regional State Administration building to normal administrative functioning.
DPR leaders say that in just two days, the outer perimeter will be completely cleared of debris and repaired, after which it is planned to restore the inside of the building.
