With the support of heavy artillery, Grads and mortars, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to break through from Avdeevka across the Putilovsky Bridge. During the breakthrough, the militia destroyed four tanks and several armored vehicles.
As a result of massive shelling, the Putilovsky Bridge was practically destroyed. Losses among the militia - seven dead and several dozen wounded. At the moment, five civilians are known to have died. Considering that it is impossible to approach or drive up to the areas under fire, it can be assumed that there will be much more dead.
The shelling of neighborhoods in the village of Oktyabrsky is so strong that local residents, under the cover of militia forces, are leaving their homes.
More than ten buses and cars were used to evacuate residents of the Oktyabrsky village. A large number of civilians are hiding in the underground passage of the railway station, however, despite all efforts, a large number of civilians still remain in the village of Oktyabrsky; not all of them were able to be evacuated.
The Oktyabrsky village, Kyiv district, and the railway station area continue to be intensively shelled.
