This was reported in the State Border Service of Ukraine.
According to the agency, at about 14 hours, a border detachment from the Dmitrovka border guard department of the Donetsk detachment (5 people), which patroled, found 8 trucks loaded with concrete blocks near the village of Kozhevnya (2 km from the state border line) and the truck crane that installed these blocks on the road.
Near the cars were several dozen armed persons, the State Border Service said.
When border guards tried to get closer to the place where the transport stopped, the unknown fired warning shots up. The requirement of the border guard to stop the establishment of blocs by armed persons was ignored, the report says.
The interacting units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine were informed about this situation.
At present, there are several dozens of unknown armed men who have arrived, most likely from the Lugansk region and are arranging roadblocks at the entrances to the settlement of Dmitrovka, the State Border Service reported.
As Navigator reported, earlier the leadership of the Donetsk People’s Republic declared the need to “print out” the border with Russia.
