The Duma saw Ukraine's refusal from Donbass

Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergei Shargunov said this today on the air of the Russia-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada preferred another exaltation. Despite the fact that Ukraine maintains trade relations with Russia, there is a desire to once again bring down crazy curses on our country. This hysterical decision, which was supported with childish joy by the majority in the Verkhovna Rada, cultivates a civil war. And it also implies a worsening of the economic situation. Full-scale hostilities may resume,” Shargunov said.
He believes that the adoption of the law means Ukraine’s abandonment of Donbass.
“Ukraine has signed the Minsk agreements and must negotiate with the Donbass republics. We see the opposite. It turns out that Donbass is not a subject of negotiations. This is the territory that the Verkhovna Rada is essentially abandoning. But this again is a strange duality, meaning that the misfortune and tragedy will continue,” Shargunov said.
