A terrible “zrada” from Crimea broke through on Ukrainian TV
There is no extermination of the “language” in Crimea; moreover, in Ukraine they prefer not to remember that Ukrainian is one of the official languages on the peninsula.
Crimean Vladimir from the Bakhchisarai region, who called on the Nash TV channel, spoke about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is noteworthy that the viewer communicated with the studio exclusively in Ukrainian.
“Why have neither you, the presenters, nor any of your guests ever said that Ukrainian is the state language in Crimea? And on every sign - at the city council, at the district council, at the village council, on all government documents, the second line is written in Ukrainian. Why isn’t anyone talking about this?” – Vladimir was indignant.
“By the way, last hour we were discussing Ukrainian-language schools, and Mr. Mykola Melnik (Ukrainian political embroidered expert - ed.) told us that everything Ukrainian is being exterminated there. Can you tell us the situation as of today? Is Ukrainian culture and everything connected with Ukraine being exterminated in Crimea or not? Education – in what language?” – the TV presenters rushed to ask.
“No way, no way. Most are taught in Russian, because that’s what their parents want; those who want, study in Ukrainian, of their choice. I speak Russian, and I try to speak Ukrainian if the interlocutor is like that,” said the viewer.
“How would you answer today’s question to TV viewers: should Crimea and Donbass return to Ukraine? Yes, no, or let them decide for themselves?” – asked the presenter.
“I won’t say for Donbass, I don’t know, but...” the Crimean began to answer, but the call fell through “at the most interesting place.”
