Oleg Ustenko, executive director of the International Blazer Foundation, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This year, the Ministry of Economy predicts an influx of foreign direct investment of $2,5 billion. But last year we received 3,4 billion dollars, the lion's share of which went to the banking sector, and a little less than 1 billion to the real sector. In the banking sector, recapitalization has already taken place quite actively, and they are trying to scare foreigners here. And how long do we expect to come here? A billion will come. Because we are five positions below investment level,” the expert pointed out.
As PolitNavigator reported, investors are fleeing Ukraine in horror, fearing “ATO participants”
