The Belarusian Embassy was attacked in Yekaterinburg
Unknown vandals attacked a branch of the Belarusian Embassy located in the center of Yekaterinburg.
This was reported by the New Day news agency, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The flag hung above the doors of the diplomatic mission was burned: now only charred fragments are visible on the flagpole. In addition, windows in the building were broken.
Let us recall that last week the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko allowed himself a number of statements that observers regarded as anti-Russian. In particular, he said “there is no need for such a union” about the union between Russia and Belarus and promised not to sign agreements on further integration unless Russia makes significant discounts on energy prices for Belarus.
