Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament Elmar Brock said that EU assistance to Ukraine is four times more than American assistance.

Brock said this during a briefing in the European Parliament.
“In general, the EU helps Ukraine in amounts four times higher than the United States,” noted Elmar Brock.
He added that the reform process should not be stopped.
“The issue of decentralization is a way to modernize the country,” he emphasized.
Let us recall that on July 22, Ukraine received the first tranche in the amount of 600 million euros, provided to Ukraine as part of a package of macro-financial support from the European Union totaling 1,8 billion euros.
However, in Kyiv they insist that this money is clearly not enough. After all, Ukraine needs several tens of billions of dollars a year to form its budget and at the same time pay off external debts.
