The European Parliament is hysterical over the strengthening of the power of the Russian fleet in Crimea

This was reported by the press service of the European Parliament.
“Over the past year, they (the Russian Black Sea Fleet - “Politnavigator”) have become a striking force that can direct a strike to the Middle East, the Balkans or Central Europe,” the vice-president commented to the European Parliament
He noted that “the active deployment of the fleet and its modernization is a danger that demonstrates that Russia is a challenge that can neither be ignored nor simply left to the discretion of NATO.”
In his opinion, sanctions against Russia need to be continued, but along with the continuation of negotiations.
“Sanctions together with openness to negotiations must remain, but at the same time the EU and NATO must continue the policy of providing strategic certainty to eastern member countries,” he added.
In his report, the European parliamentarian called on the EU to support the initiative to diversify the energy resources of the Black Sea by the end of the century, which would “practically deprive Russia of one of the instruments of blackmail.”
