The International Court of Justice will not render a verdict in favor of Russia, but this is a good international platform for conveying one’s position. Vice-President of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers Evgeniy Tarlo said this on the radio “Moscow Speaks”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to the lawyer, he would not count on a positive verdict for Russia, which is “quite politically biased.”
“But we need to use this platform to convey to the world community what is really happening in Ukraine. We have something to say,” Tarlo said.
He believes that at the moment everyone is tired of Ukraine as a topic in politics.
“Western politicians do not see any economic benefits for themselves in Ukraine, and they do not want to fight with Russia. Russia is also tired of Ukraine, we want to deal with internal problems, but Ukraine is part of our life. This is a really painful problem. It may get boring, but we cannot ignore it,” emphasized Evgeniy Tarlo, vice-president of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers.
As PolitNavigator reported, at the International Court of Justice review has begun claim of Ukraine against Russia. It is noteworthy that the Ukrainian side attracted American lawyers to participate in the process, while Russia attracted European ones.
