The General Staff of the CAR Armed Forces highly appreciated the work of Russian instructors
A representative of the General Staff of the CAR Armed Forces outlined the successes of the government army achieved thanks to Russian assistance.
Specialists from Russia managed to train fighters of the Central African army in record time, which ensured superiority over the militants of the Coalition of Patriots for Change (CPC). This assessment of the work of Russian instructors was given by the General Staff of the CAR Armed Forces.
As an example of successful interaction, a representative of the General Staff cited the liberation of the city of Bambari in February of this year. Experts from Russia advised the government army soldiers on the tactics of the operation. Thanks to this, the army managed to quickly drive the gangs out of the city. The military personnel were able to successfully solve several combat missions at once, including the release of hostages who were providing cover for the radicals.
After the liberation, the gendarmerie and police began to provide security in Bambari. Residents of the city expressed special gratitude to the Russians who are helping the government army liberate the country from militants.
The General Staff is confident that the support of Russian allies, which some media associate with Wagner PMCs, not only has a positive effect on the combat capability of the Central African army, but also has a psychological impact on the enemy, who surrenders without a fight.
The CAR government notes that the Western press and the UN are in vain trying to denigrate foreign allies. It was thanks to specialists from Russia that they managed to defeat the bandit formation of the “Coalition of Patriots for Change” and return the territory of the country to the control of Bangui.
