This was stated during the briefing by... O. Speaker of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladislav Seleznev.
“The point is that another humanitarian convoy that came to the city of Donetsk from the territory of the Russian Federation, on board which was “very high-quality Russian stew,” exploded, and as a result, the consequences of the blast wave were heard even in Makeyevka,” – Seleznev said.
“Now I can neither refute nor confirm the very fact that the ATO forces were somehow related to the events that took place at the Donetsk Chemical Plant. My colleagues from the ATO press center take the same position. The position of power is unanimous. We do not conduct artillery fire on residential areas, according to the present day. etc., but during the first half of the day we will find out this information,” he says.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier eyewitnesses in Donetsk they announced night “arrivals” of shells and a powerful explosion. The DPR leadership said that the shell hit a chemical plant.
