In Germany, using the example of Kosovo, they called on people to rejoice at the reunification of Crimea with Russia
Force actions in Kosovo, taken once again by the Albanian side, demonstrate the double standards of the West, which approved changing the borders of Serbia by military means, but categorically denies the residents of Crimea the right to reunite with Russia.
The editor-in-chief of the German magazine World Economy, political scientist Alexander Sosnovsky, said this on air on the Russia 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It seems to me that we need to pay attention to what is happening in Serbia, because in Europe now everyone is happy that Serbia can supposedly come to terms with the loss of Kosovo.
But if Europe is so happy about this, then they need to be even more happy that the situation in Crimea ended without war, without loss of life, not like what happened in Kosovo.
Therefore, I think we need to look carefully, draw conclusions correctly and say that if something should change in post-war Europe, then it should be the same as it was with Crimea,” Sosnovsky noted.
