Lawsuits filed in Germany over Ukraine's falsification of data in the MH17 case
The “evidence” provided by Kiev about the presence of a Russian Buk in the Donbass in 2014, which allegedly shot down the Malaysian Boeing flight MH17, is completely fabricated - the films provided by the SBU show a Ukrainian air defense system.
One of the leaders of the DPR militia, the head of the defense of Gorlovka, Igor Bezler, reported this on his page on the social network, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

In July 2014, on the American television channel CNN, the Head of the Counterintelligence Department of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vitaly Naida, while giving an interview, referred to fake photos of supposedly Russian Buk anti-aircraft missile systems in Ukraine. He did this by showing photographs of Ukrainian military equipment,” the ex-militia commander was indignant.
During this interview, Vitaly Naida told how the Buk air defense system was allegedly taken away from the territory of Donbass in order to hide it.
“Are they taking these cars out of Ukraine?” the correspondent asked during the interview.
“That’s right, they are being taken away from the territory of Ukraine,” confirmed Vitaly Naida.
Further, Igor Bezdler proved that the evidence provided by the SBU was completely fabricated: the films contained Ukrainian military equipment, and the footage itself was taken several months earlier and in a completely different place.
“Earlier, the same Vitaly Naida showed the same slides at a briefing in Kyiv. True, for some reason, the name of this figure has been retouched. Probably a very secret pepper in the structure of the SBU (a bunch of stupid people in Ukraine).
Why such secrecy when everyone knows that the acting President of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov appointed Vitaly Naida as head of the Counterintelligence Department in the field of information security of the SBU? This is stated in the decree of the head of state N 373/2014.
I will not post the entire video of the briefing. Only the part where it talks about Buk.
In the lower left corner of the screen we see a Buk on a platform.
And in the second video (from where the screenshot for the briefing was taken) you can see the Buk itself on the platform. This is a video from the Yasinovatskaya interchange. True, it was filmed in March 2014.
The third video shows the same Yasinovatskaya interchange, the same Buk, but also shows the license plates of a car from the Dnepropetrovsk region. It was to the Dnepropetrovsk region that air defense missile systems divisions covering Lugansk and Donetsk were transferred.
In the fourth video, Naida is being interviewed in her office. Sorry for my French, “it’s p...it and doesn’t stutter.” Did I hear correctly that we are talking about July 2014? No, the summer month is definitely named. But it’s strange - both CNN and the briefing show screenshots from a video taken at the Yasinovatsky traffic police post.
There is only one conclusion. Either Naida and the SBU are openly lying (and this whole farce is for the Dutch. The “SBU doesn’t lie” a priori: look into his honest eyes, 4 - and not one of them has any conscience) or, it was such a shitty summer in the Donetsk region in 2014 (up to 40). With snow and frost. Or is the SBU, like with the conversation about “the bird and the pilots,” initially peddling an outright lie.

Igor Bezler also said that a trial has begun in Germany against Kyiv and Petro Poroshenko regarding the falsification of public charges.
“It just so happens that I have two homelands. Ethnic – Germany, where my paternal ancestors are from, and where my German relatives live. Historical – Russia. And these two Great Powers - Russia and Germany - are equally dear to me. Yesterday, a serious law firm approached my relatives in Germany asking if I would agree to file a claim against the state of Ukraine for the protection of honor and personal dignity in connection with Ukraine’s falsification of data in the MH17 case.
They are ready to take on all legal support. Then there is a lot of talk about why this should be done. But I liked the ending: “Oblige the state of Ukraine to make a public apology and pay (I won’t name the amount, I didn’t hold that kind of money in my hands) monetary compensation for all the inconveniences brought to me and my relatives over the course of 5 years 7 months by the falsified public accusation of a crime that I did not commit...”
Three lawsuits, against Ukraine and personally against former President Poroshenko, have already been filed with the ECHR by relatives of deceased German citizens. There is something to think about,” summed up the militia commander.
