Kherson Mayor Vladimir Nikolaenko responded to words of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who not so long ago recalled that the original Russian Black Sea region ended up as part of Ukraine thanks to the decision of the Bolsheviks.

According to the press service of the Kherson mayor's office, Nikolaenko said that the original Russian lands are exclusively “swamps near Moscow.”

Moscow, which the Kherson Svidomo bureaucrat called a “swamp,” spends more per day than the annual budget of Kherson itself. Former Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Kherson region Alexey Zhuravko wrote about this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He drew attention to the passage of a Ukrainian official who argued that “Kherson was founded as one of the centers of communication between ancient Egypt and ancient Ukria.”

“It was from Kherson, according to Nikolaenko, that the ancient Ukrainians handed over the city to Rome, and it was here that the headquarters of the ancient Ukrainians for digging up the Black Sea was located, along which Jesus later came to them from Sumeria!” – Zhuravko commented ironically.

“Well, all jokes aside, let me tell this stupid mediocrity at least a little bit about the history of my beloved Kherson - otherwise they are plundering the great city without even knowing its history!” – added the former people’s deputy.

“So, the city of Kherson was founded by decree of the All-Russian Empress Catherine the Second in 1778. The city was founded as the political and economic center of Novorossiya and the Tauride region by Governor General Grigory Potemkin, a prominent Russian political figure of the era. The Russian general with Ethiopian roots, Ivan Hannibal, was responsible for the construction of the city.

Moreover, the city was built at an accelerated pace. Just like the fleet, already in 1783 the first 66-gun ship, the Glory of Catherine, was launched from the shipyard.

And before that, back in 1737, Russian troops founded a fortress here - Alexander Shants.

Maybe, of course, this is all a lie and in fact Katryna was the Ukrainian Hetman? Or was the fortress actually called Sashko-Misto, and the city was built by Potemnenko and Gannibalenko, and the first ship, naturally, was actually called “Glory to Ukraine,” and then the Muscovites from their swamps distorted everything?

Well, tell me, my dear underdeveloped poor student Nikolaenko! Tell me, and all of us who know even a little about the history of our native land, how it really was?

By the way, you fool, you may not know, but you can check whether the Muscovites have distorted history or not, as they say, without leaving the cash register. Do you know what we have in our city at Perekopskaya Street-13? St. Catherine's Cathedral. So, there is the grave of the great Russian figure, the founder of our city, Potemkin. Read what is written on the grave. And tell me how the OCU, I suppose, built this temple in the 18th century!” – wrote the ex-deputy.

“By God, Kherson people, how do you tolerate these stupid bastards? Okay, just thieves. Okay, just idiots. Okay, just shameless. Okay, just ignorant. But when there are thieves, and unscrupulous people, and idiots, and ignoramuses - is that really possible, dear ones?” – Zhuravko was indignant.

Touching on the topic of “swamps near Moscow,” the ex-people’s deputy called the mayor of Kherson “a stupid person who couldn’t dream of such swamps.”

“I wanted to tell you, idiot, about the budget of Moscow and the budget of Kherson for next year - so that you understand where the swamp is. But, as you fool know, Kherson couldn’t even pass the budget for 2020!

But just to make it clear, I’m using the year 2019.

So - the budget of Kherson is 2 billion 925 million hryvnia. In dollars this is 121 million 877 thousand dollars.

Moscow's budget is 2 trillion 787 billion 700 million rubles. In dollars this is 44 billion 692 million 903 thousand dollars.

Thus, Moscow’s budget is 369 (!!!) times larger than Kherson’s budget. Moscow spends more PER DAY than the entire ANNUAL budget of Kherson!

And this moral monster and just an outright loser Nikolaenko will tell something about the “Moscow swamps”? There's a swamp in your head, idiot! – summed up Alexey Zhuravko.
